The call for structure and protection that we encountered yesterday is answered today by a solution. When we combine the Daily Cast from yesterday with the one we have today we get the message that in order to find balance in our life we have to find balance in our thoughts. This is a message that has been around for century's in one form or another. Take for example the Latin phrase 'Mens sana in corpore sano' (a healthy mind in a healthy body). These words stem from a poem of the roman poet Juvenal (see Wikipedia) and are now widely used in popular culture. So the message is not new, but we need to listen to it with new ears; take care of your mind to take care of your body and vice versa. Thus we become our own protectors.
