Somebody didn't sleep enough lately and that might very well be us. So let's not be overly enthusiastic this day and let us try to work a little rest into our schedule. Just a nap in the afternoon might be enough to get us through the day. Followed by an early night, and tomorrow we'll be as good as new. And for future reference: Let's work our sleep-time into our schedule like we do all our other activities: with care and consideration. We need it!
